FeatureDetails versus Identify Result

Can someone explain why I get to configure the description that shows when I do an Identify (or Map Tip) with lots of lovely formatting, but not for the FeatureDetails result?

Just wondering if there's a plan to allow the formatting of the FeatureDetails result, or if I can use the formatted description instead of the FeatureDetails in a workflow?

  Hi Sean,

  I see issue # GVH-4075 in our system has been previously filed by Victoria with your name attached as a stakeholder. This is quite high up in our backlog of improvements, so there's a good chance it'll make it into the next release. I've bumped up the priority as well.
