Access in denied when accessing the Geocortex application,
I wanted to access the Geocortex application but I got the error below

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elzVAEAY
/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eluH5EAI
/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eltrbEAA
what might be the issue here?
Thank you

Hi Jamal, That error appears when the user you are using to login to the site doesn't have permissions to see it. Check that the proper permissions were assigned in the permissions tab in Essentials Manager. -Alejandro 0 -
Thanks Alejandro,
Facts:
-No users\roles are set! It is still the “default users”.
-The firewall is off
-The cache is cleared in the browsers (IE\Firefox)Then what other issues should I consider?

Hi Jamal, That message is presented by the viewer when the site is secured and the user trying to access it doesn't have enough permissions. I don't think that message is presented in other scenarios. If you browse to the site's REST endpoint you should be able to verify that the site is restricted: - Clear your browser's cache - Open http://jamal-dell1/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites/A1 The REST endpoint should open. If you see a message saying "Error The current user cannot access the desired resource." that means there are some permissions applied to the site. If this is the case, try to clear all the permissions for the site: open the site in Manager -> Go to "Permissions" -> Click "Clear all". This will clear all permissions in the site that might be set. -Alejandro 0 -
Many thanks Alejandro. It works fine now with the “clear all” which means that I need to re-configure the permissions for each role.
Best
