“identify” doesn’t show the relationships of a selected feature,

“identify” doesn’t show the relationships of a selected feature,

Despite the fact that the “show relationships by default” is checked” for a particular layer , the “identify” doesn’t show these relationships as a feature is selected. However, if the same feature is searched by “global search” then the relationships should come up.

What might be the issue here?  How to show the “relationships” in the case of “identify”?

  Unfortunately, no solution for this bug even in 4.2.1 and 2.3.1 template.

  I’m not sure if this unexpected behavior is already considered by the Geocortex team. I hope to hear something from their side
