what types of arcgis online can be consumed by geocortex

I have been exploring connection to our arcgis for portals.  In that activity, i have discovered that only certain types of object can be added to geocortex.  Is there a list of what can be consumed.  Also I would like to set up a connection file that would allow users to connect to our internal portal for organizations account and browse the contents we have posted there.  Is that possible.
