Print tool not enabled

I found a strange thing in my HTML5 viewer - although the print tool is added in the toolbar menu, it's not getting enabled.

Please do let me know is there anything that I can do for making the print tool enabled.

  That would be becuase you do not have any print templates added into your Geocortex Site.  You can add those at the site level under the Print Templates section.
