Symbology is gone

Hey All

All of a sudden my Parcel Group  and the two layers within it can no long be seen in terms of symbology on the map.

I can identify them, I can run the workflows on them, I can turn them on and off, they are displayed in the legend/layer list with the proper symbology however I cannot see them on the map.

I have restarted the service, restarted the site and nothing seems to work.

All settings are set to visible etc.  Anyone had this happen to them before... very strange.
