Push Pin

Hi All,

Not exactly sure how to do this..

I have workflow that queries and then selects one point feature from a point feature class.  The workflow will zoom to and center on the selected point.  Instead of turning on the layer to display the point....can I display the point with a temporary push pin?  If so, how do I do this in workflow?

  Hi Ken,

  You can set the 'Show Pushpins' argument of the 'SelectFeatures' activity to true in order to show a pushpin in the location of the selected feature (provided you are using a viewer thats at v2.3+). I believe you may still have to turn the layer on in order to see the pushpin but I haven't experimented enough to be able to tell you that definitively. If it's anything like the global search you won't need the layer visible in order for a pin to appear.
