4.2: unable to move service up\down as in 4.1,

I wanted to move a particular service UP but it appears that I couldn’t continue moving up as we are used to do in 4.1.

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elzKMEAY

What might be the issue here?

  Hi Jamal,

  We have filed this as a bug.

  As a workaround, if you have a mouse wheel, you can scroll the layer list while dragging an item by using the mouse wheel to get to the top of the list.
