GE 4.2: symbolization is not working,

I couldn’t figure out why clicking the “symbolization” doesn’t work in my application after being upgraded to 4.2

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eltuVEAQ

 

What might be the issue here?

  I've noticed this change also, but only for layers in a secured service.   I could have sworn that before 4.2 I could re-symbolize those layers.

  Hi Matt,

  If you create new site then the “symbolization” should work!

  What does this mean? Why thin tool is not working with the existing site?

  Is this a bug at the end?

  The symbolizations set in 4.1.x are not working in the 4.2

  any Idea?

  Hi Jamal,

  I apologize for the inconvenience. This is an issue that affects sites that either use secure map services or site security. The source of the problem has been identified and will be fixed in the 2.3.1 maintenance release that will be available in the near future.
