Special characters in Homepanel

Hi,

 

The Homepanel seems to have problems displaying special characters. For instance if I type “Special” in the manager, the viewer shows âSpecialâ. When I switch the Homepanel in the manager to HTML mode, and type “Special” the viewer shows the correct characters, but as soon as I switch back and forth to WYSIWYG and HTML mode, the HTML entities are replaced with their corresponding characters.

  I get a similar issue using the copyright symbol

  I've switched to using Firefox because the text editor for the home panel doesn't seem to work properly in Internet Exporer.
