How to include an anchor on graphic?

I've put together a workflow that places a polygon graphic onto my silverlight application map but I need to have the ability to "rotate" the graphic.  It looks like this possible as long as the graphic has an "anchor" associated with it.  So I'm wondering how can I add an anchor to my custom graphic?  Thanks

  all the graphics that can be created by the Drawing Tools toolbar have anchor's on them and can be rotated so I just need to know how to incorporate that missing piece into my workflow.  Basically my workflow takes an envelope I customized and uses the "AddMarkup" command to add it to the map.  Thoughts?
