Hi Jake,   There is a mailing labels report configured for the Charlotte sample site included with the Essentials installation. If you want to add this type of report to a site, you would need to have a template report for the mailing labels (refer to C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Geocortex\Essentials\App_Data\Framework\Sites\Charlotte\Templates\MailingLabels.rpx as an example). The DataFields in this template are configured to use the fields from Charlotte's parcels layer. You can create your own, or copy this report into you site folder and modify the DataFields to reflect the fields of your layer.   Let us know if this helps,   Flo

Hey Flo,   Thanks for the path (Framework\Sites\Charlotte\Templates\MailingLabels.rpx ) That should do it.   -Jake

I just implemented this report on my site, and would like to be able to telll users what form they need to print these labels.   Does anyone know?   Mark

Are the secondary addresses stored in separate records (i.e. multiple overlapping parcel polygons) or as additional attribute fields?

Originally they were separate, as a data link.

I ended up creating a Query Layer which performed in Outter Join which created a layer with multiple polygons.

This has made my mailing labels lighting fast,  not having any data links present.

For now this seems to be my solution, I have simply published a mailing label service from this query layer... so a bit of work I wasn't expecting and some changes to how I do things  but in the end its a solution.

    Has this changed in 2018? I can't find C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Geocortex\Essentials\App_Data\Framework\Sites\Charlotte\

    Hi Shital,

Yes, the Charlotte site is no longer used as a demonstration site, instead LA County is used.  It also has a mailing label report, the typical location would be here -

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Sites\LA_County\Resources\TemplateReports

but you would first need to drag the LA County site from the sample sites folder -

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Sample Sites

to your sites folder locations, typically -

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Sites

    Regards,

    Wayne
