Swipe Layer Tool

Apologies if this is already in this forum....I couldn’t seem to find any reference to it.

A swipe layer functionality (particularly between aerial imagery) would be really useful.  I believe this this was available in early version of Essentials?

  I think the swipe layer tool for aerial imagery is essential. Any update on what Latitudes thoughts and time frames on this are?

  This would be helpful for my users as well. They're using the transperancy slider to compare aerial imagery. A swipe tool would be much better.

  Hard to believe we constantly hear html5 meets paridy with silverlight... and yet this still isnt available :(

  This function would really add value, as more open satellite imagery are becoming available nowadays and users want to be able compare images. Unfortunately, using the webapp builder widget (https://doc.arcgis.com/en/web-appbuilder/create-apps/widget-swipe.htm) in GE is not an option.
