Autocomplete and Map Service Variables

I'm having an issue where my Autocomplete Box works fine with a hard-coded Service URL path, but does not work with variables populated from the Get Map Service Info activity.

I've confirmed that the Get Map Service Info activity is returning the correct values for MapServiceUrl and LayerId.  These variables work fine in the Query Task activity.  But when applied to the Task URL in the Autocomplete Box, the Autcomplete box just churns and churns, but never returns a value.

I seem to remember making this work for previous workflows, but now none of my previous autocomplete boxes work using these variables.

What am I missing?

  I use the Get Map Service Info activity with my workflows for Autocomplete boxes and I leave the Task Url blank.

  I could send you a sample workflow if you like?  It is probably easier than trying to figure it out here.  :)

  A sample would be great. I don't understand how the Autocomplete can work without knowing what or where to query.  Is there a default value used by the Task URL?
