End-user HTML Help site

As we're transitioning our applications from the Silverlight viewer to HTML5 viewers, we've noticed that there doesn't seem to be online "help" webpages to allow users to get information on the various buttons/tools, etc. Short of developing our own webpages, is Latitude Geographics planning on creating this?
