Can't see rest endpoints from ArcGIS Server

Hi,

Our architecture is such that we have two very similar GE/ArcGIS deployments - one on the internal network for internal apps, and one in the DMZ for our public facing stuff.  A couple of days ago, GE stopped recognizing all services on our internal server.  I can see the same services in other apps (Accela, for example), but GE can't preview or load them. I can see external (eg, partner agencies) REST services, and I can see clound based services (like Open Streetmap) just fine, but I cannot see any of my own services. My DMZ GE implemntation can still see services, but the internal GE implementaiton cannot see the exact same services.

So... I assume this is not an issue with the ArcGIS Services, or security - I believe it is related to GE config, but nothing changed that night.

  this was an https / http config conflict in my browser.  Loading the site as https cased it to fail.

  still no idea why this suddenly started working, but it got sorted out.
