    Hi Dan,

    Your browser may be caching parts of the previous Management Pack. Try clearing your browser cache or forcing a refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R in Chrome, for example). You can also hit F12 and look for errors in the browser console.

    No luck clearing the browser cache & I'm not seeing any errors in the consol.  I have submitted a support request...
