Tiled web service not printing

Hi,

When printing from a html5viewer, nothing from a layer coming from a tiled web service (wms-service) is included in the print. We have geocortex essentials 4.2.1/ html5viewer 2.3.1. Everything works fine with a silverlight viewer (2.3.1) on the same site.

I've seen this problem in another topic, but there is said the problem was solved in 4.1.0 (ge-4575), which does not seem to be correct?

Any one any idea what could be the problem?

  Could you provide a public link to your viewer that we could use to look into this issue?

  I am also unable to print my own tiled map services.  I am using GE 4.2.2 and HTML5 2.3.3

  I do not have a public link just yet to our viewer.

  Has this been noted as a bug?
