Instant Search Index Removal

I completely removed a service that had instant search enabled and indexed.  I cannot tell if the index was deleted from disc as it was pretty large.  Is there anyway to make sense of the files way down in ....\Program Files\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Application Services 2\Data\Search\ElasticSearch\GTEX\nodes\0\indices\onprem?  That is where the index(s) are located and I was hoping to decipher them so I can properly clean them up.
