Configure Site Error

It seems like there is an issue with your site.xml but I wouldn't mess with that. If you want try to copy the site using the copy tool under the site picture.  Don't use the "Add New site" --->"Reference an existing site" that performs a completely different function.  If that is how you made the site orginally by "referencing" another one you could havve multiple services in there as the error is stating. You may want to start over and do that copy method I mentioned.  I just learned the hardway the differences between the "Copy Site" vs "Add New Site --- Reference exisiting".  If you can't remember how you did it look at your site.xml and there will be a bunch of "merge" hashes referencing the another site if in fact you did the "Add New Site --- Reference exisiting".

Another quick check is that I have seen a similiar error pop up telling me my layers don't exisit anymore when in fact I know they do.  When that happens I closed down my site and relogged back in and it didn't happen.

You do need to check your Site.xml. The duplicate layer ID error means that you're using the same layer ID numbers multiple times in a map service, which confuses Geocortex. Here's what to do:

    1. Open your Site.xml in a text editor like Notepad++
    2. Find the map service that has ID="14"
    3. Check the each layers NativeID value to make sure it matches the ID value for the map service as listed in the REST endpoint for it
    4. Fix your duplicate layer IDs

If you just want to look at the site's settings without opening the site.xml, you can also view the site's REST endpoint by clicking the the little chain with a green arrow icon within your site in GE Mgr.
