The “Auto complete search” of the “simple query” fails to show all values

I couldn’t figure out why the Geocortex the “Auto complete search” of the “simple query” fails to show all values.

For example, in the screenshot, the Geocortex fails to show one possible value which is "?????"

What might be the issue here?
