Keep Popups/Maptips In Viewable Map Area

Using the HTML viewer if a user selects a site that is near the top or bottom of the map pane the popup/map tip gets cut off. Is there a way to code this to reposition itself so that the whole popup is visible in the map pane?(/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000em1iSEAQ) /customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000em1iSEAQ
