Error loading map services *

Hello,

We have been running Geocortex 3.14 for some time now.  This week, we started noticing issues when connecting to our maps.  When using the SilverLight viewer, we get an Error loading map services message saying that random map services are unavailable.  When we hover over one of the listed map services, a message appears saying Token Required.

In Geocortex Essentials Manager random map services appear with connection errors and when we open any map service to test the connection is will fail one time and succeed another time.

Has anyone seen an issue like this before?
