Basemap not showing up in HTML5 viewer for handheld

Is anyone else having an issue with their basemaps not showing up in HTML5 viewer for handheld? They show up just fine for desktop and tablet versions but not for handheld. There is just a blank white screen where the map should be but all the other tools and regions are there like they are supposed to be. I checked all the basemaps I have on that site and none of them are showing up on handheld.

  Hi Robert,

  Do you have the home panel open by default when you open the viewer ? 

   

  Also what version of the HTML5 viewer are you using?

  Yes the home panel is open by default and I just upgraded to 2.3.

  Ok that was the problem. I unchecked the Show Home Panel button for the handheld configuration and the map popped right up. If you want to access the home panel you just have to go to the toolbar on the handheld. Thanks Cory.

  Hi Robert,

   

  The issue with the home panel  will be fixed in the upcoming 2.3.1 maintenance release. So once that release comes out you will be able to run your site with the old configuration.
