Different Layer Themes for windows group/user on startup

Is it possible to have different Layer Themes as default for different windows groups on startup?

eg. Staff in the Planning area are  in their own windows group and would like to have the Planning Theme visible at startup.

Engineering staff want the Engineering theme visible on startup.

Is that possible? I am using Windows Integrated security provider.

  You will need to run a StartupWorkflow. Check if the user is logged in. By username or role (your choice), then set the layer theme.
