Index Out of Range

I'm getting an exception thrown with the error "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection"

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eltqPEAQ

While using the InsertIntoList <Graphic> activity, my index value is 0

Any help would be appreciated......Walter
