Include Georeference Data in ExportMap activity

Hello:

GVH 2.3.1 doesn't include the ability to export a georeferenced map image out of the box, so I'm trying to create a workflow to accomplish this.  The ExportMap activity has a parameter 'Include Georeference Data', but the output of that tool is a URL (which would be displayed with DisplayHyperlink).  To include georeference files, I assume I'd need to zip up a directory with the image and associated world files, etc. (like GVS does with the georefernce option), but I'm not sure how to get there from ExportMap - the Zip activity needs a directory as input, not a URL.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
