“export to shape” fails,

“export to shape” fails,

As the “export to shape” is clicked, i get the error below.

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elzGAEAY

 

What might be the issue here?

  Yeah we have randomly been seeing this erros as well and haven't been able to track down what is causing it.
