DisplayCaptureGeometry Not Working after upgrade

Worked fine until the latest upgrade for the viewers.

Now I get this error:

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elu2yEAA

Removed the DisplayCaptureGeometry tool and replaced the query task with a simple query instead, and it wokrs fine. This worked for the last 6 months no problem until we upgraded viewers to 2.3. Our essentials is on 4.1.1

Any suggestions?
