“Screenshot and send mail” tool,

To better enhance the feedback regarding our web mapping application, we are looking for a tool by which end users can send their feedback to the admin regarding the data\functions available in the application.

It would be great if any can share a tool (workflow) that can take “Screenshots and send an e-mail”. This tool should include a box to describe the issue and also the sender should provide his\her e-mail.
