AddFeatures not doing anything...

I have an AddFeatures Task that is taking a graphics collection, using a token, in a secure site, to add features to a non versioned dataset through a feature service.

In the workflow, it seems like the task is not even running. I can't even find it in Fiddler.

Is there any information regarding this anywhere? Bug? 

Using Essentials 4.2.1, issue was found in Silverlight 2.3.1

  Adding some more detail:

  I am able to edit the features using the feature editing tools. This seems to only be an issue with the workflow activity.

  I am also able to return valid attributes from the graphic collection.

  Same results if I add the features from an IList vs. an ICollection of <Graphics>
