geolocate-position-32.png not visible in non-web-mercator app

Our data is not web mercator.  I have the  Geometry service set to our ArcGIS server.   We recently upgraded to 2.3.2

The HTML5 Find does position the map correctly, except that the geolocate-position-32.png icon does not appear.  The geolocation accuracy circle does appear.

Can anyone help with this issue?
