Displaying Attachments

Thank you for all the help.  

I would like to display attachments that are in a table, linked to a non-spatal table when a user uses the "Identify" tool in a viewer.  The Non-Spatial table is linked to a Feautre Layer in the viewer.  The Tables are all linked.  Feature Layer --> Non-Spatial Table --> Attachment Table.  When I use the "Identify" tool on the Feature Layer the extra tabs show up displaying all of the information from the Non-Spatial table but none of the information from the Attachment Table.  

I have been searching the forums for ideas but have been unluck to find a solution.

  Using the data link I can open the Attachment table but now I cannot export the PDFs.  How can I export the PDFs in the table.
