Hi Ahmad, that is correct, in offline mode only feature layers can be synced. Additionally, you can include tiled services by uploading the corresponding TPK to the mobile device. Please refer to section 4 "Offline Mode" of the "Geocortex Mobile App Framework 1.1" administration guide and section 16 "Offline Mode" of the "Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 2.3" Administration Guide.   Hope it helps,   Alejandro

Many thanks Alejandro for your input, its realy very helpful.

In my opinion the term "Offline" is a little bit misleading, for the first while I thought that when applying the offline mode then I could use the geocortex with all of its capabilities and map services offline even if there is no access to the internet, but after more investigations I found its similar to any data collection methodology and the map services such as (roads, buildings, orthophotos, etc….) can’t be viewed if there is no internet access and the only method to do this is to install Geocortex mobile app form work for windows or ios and then upload the TPK maps.

Now I am trapped at this point “How to upload TPK maps in my geocortex viewer for both windows and ios (What about android), In "Geocortex Mobile App Framework 1.1 administration guide” its not clear how to do it.

    Many thanks,
