'Sequence contains no Elements' error trying to edit site after 4.2.1 upgrade

I am trying to open for editing a site on my newly upgraded to 4.2.1 Essentials server and I get the error:

 

"Sequence contains no Elements"

This is only occuring on one of my maps.  The one difference I know of is that this map has an editable layer, and none of my other maps do.  Please help with any suggestions.

  I noticed this error when I the changed the layers in my MXD and overwrote the service.  The geocortex site didn't seem to be able to pick this up and it would not open.  I had to go in manually and remove the service from the code or renumber/name them to match the new service.  Not sure if this is a bud or intended.  Hope this helps.
