Return Linked Data in a Workflow and pass to a Report

I have a  workflow that buffers and selects one to many features (AREAID) that have a Data Link that is also one to many (Districts).  I can return the Linked Data as a subreport, but the subreport contains duplicate districts.  When I examine the Select Features process in a workflow with Fiddler I can see the JSON results which contain the fields that I need.  How can I access the "rows" in the "linkedData" and return the contents of the "District" Column?  Please see the image below.  Thanks for any help you can provide.
