Print Timeout Exceed

~~I set up a big size print template, but I get this "Timeout Exceed" after about 1 minute.

 

I have set the <httpRuntime executionTimeout='1200' under ~~Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\Rest\Web.config and I also increased the idle timeout and authentication timeout from IIS.

 

My environment is HTML5/Geocortex Essential 4.2.

 

Any idea is welcome.

  Any insight on this from the community?  I am having a similar issue, however I don't believe mine is related to the print template as the same templates are working on one of our other sites.  This issue is occurring across all of our maps on one of our sites whenever we attempt to utilize the print or screenshot functionality.  We will receive the timeout exceeded notification after +/- 1 minute.
