not getting images in pop-ups in agol map added to essentails

Hi,

i am not getting images in my pop-ups from the agol webmap i added to essentials, everything else comes in just fine, but no photos.  this map has been shared to the public from our organizational account:

 

here is the link, i can view the photos on my iphone in the agol context, but no on my essentials viewer.

  i do not get the photo or multiple maptips for any of the photo interest points in the AGOL sile in my geocortex app.
