Update registered email address

Hello Admin,

is there a way I could update the registered email address. At the moment I can change login name and password but not the email address. Thanks.

  Hi Jack,

  Email address can not be changed by users. If your email address needs to be updated or changed, please contact customerservice@latitudegeo.com.

  Please include your current email address or the user name, and the new email address.
