Bookmark is not zooming to correct set area in android chrome, frifox

I saved a bookmark and zoomed out and selected bookmark again, it is zooming further up ( 30% inaccurate).

  Which version of the HTML5 viewer are you using, I am looking to replicate the issue to explore possible causes and solutions.

  I found this behaviour in andriod devices -  Samsung Galaxy, Nexus 7 (browsers Chrome, Firfox, internet (samsung galaxy) )
