Execute workflow with logged-in user?

When a workflow is executed, it is the application pool user that is used. But how can we force that the logged-in user is used to execute a workflow?

 

So that if he doesn't have rights for a feature service, that he cannot add features to the feature service. 

 

We could then catch this exception and show this user a message.
