Identify Not Working Properly In HTML5
We are having an issue with the Identify in HTML5 viewer 2.3.2.
The selected features show up in Identify Results panel but when one of these results is selected it doesn't bring up the results.
I am using the quickstart with the default set up ../quickstart/web/index.html.

On further testing ../quickstart/web/tablet.html works just fine.

Rob,
Could you please elaborate on how you resolved this issuse?
We are experiencing the same issue on one of our HTML5 Viewers 2.3.3 & the functionality seems to be
correct on our desktop, but when we open the application on our tablet or smartphones the feature is
identified but no results come up when you look at the Additional Details...
Any help would be much appreciated.. Thanks

When you download the HTML5 application , inside the Web folder there are multiple .html files (index, handheld, tablet).
I just used the tablet.html instead of index.html because it did not cause the issue. This worked for our purposes.
I suspect it had something to do with the configurations that were being loaded based on the different type of device (tablet, handheld, desktop)
but i never got around to investigating any further.

Yes we tried just simply repolacing the url portion of the launch link to Tablet.index or Handheld.index when using a phone...
Seems like it must be something with the JS config file... not sure why though because we have not edited that for sometime.
Maybe it has something to do with the upgrade to 2.3.3... Funny thing is that our other HTML5 viewers are upgraded as well &
showing additional details when identifying on features (which have similar js config files)...
Thanks for your help. I will post if we find a solution to this issue.

We're having the same problem on our mobile device (Samsung Galaxy). The strange thing is that it sometimes happens and other times not. Most of the time results are shown correctly after an identify; sometimes not. Has somebody a solution? Thanks for your help. 0
