Workflow user generator report based on attributes

Hi All,

I need help with creating a workflow that lets the end user selects attributes (from a grouped list) that will be passed into a whereclause to generate a report. See below for an example:

If the user selects Case 1B from the Category field they will be able then to choose watercourse or road, ETC from the Type field. Or if the user selects Case 2A from the Category field they will be able then to choose road or Power, ETC from the Type field.

The list will also need to be dynamic as this data will change, there will be a few ways to do this, if anyone has ideas on how to achieve this or even better a workflow, and I’m open to suggestions.
