“Geocortex Mobile App Framework for Windows” fails to display tiled map packages "TPK" in the offline mode with no internet connection.

“Geocortex Mobile App Framework for Windows” fails to display tiled map packages "TPK" in the offline mode with no internet connection.

Despite the fact that TPK file for a random map service was generated successfully “Geocortex Mobile App Framework for Windows” fails to load them while using it in the offline mode with no internet connection.
