"City of Naperville" showing in source

We just upgraded to 4.2.1 and the newer SLV and HTML viewer.

We have not fully utilized the HTML viewer until now.

For some reason, we are seeing the "City of Naperville" (which we are not) in the source area.  It displays in the Map when working in the Site in GE.

It does not display in the Silverlight viewer.

It does display in the HTMLViewer.

From GE:

I have looked deep into my map services and nothing lists "Naperville" as a source.  All of our data, basemaps included, are our map services we created.  A couple of the templates used to create the map documents from which the caches are created were originally ESRI templates.

There is some cryptic code on the "metadata" section of some of the map services that could cause this, but can't tell what:

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eltzaEAA

Any ideas of how to get ride of the City of Naperville?
