Report open hyperlink in new window

Is it possible to make hyperlinks on pdf reports open in a new browser window? Something similar to the target = "_blank" in html?

  Hi John

  here is the help that I mentioned. http://help.gcactivereports.com/docs/

  Unfortunately the version of Active Reports is earlier than version 8/9. I think it might be as early as version 3. I am open to correction on that. But I am sure that the principles will be similar.

  Have a look in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Data Dynamics\ActiveReports for .NET 3.0 on your server or somewhere similar. (They may have been from an earlier install of Geocortex)

  There are also dlls in:

  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\Report Designer\
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Manager\bin\
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\REST\bin\
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\Workflow Designer\

  Seems untidy but it is what it is.

  These seem to be Version 5.3

  I am trying to accomplish the same thing with some hyperlinks I have in my reports but I am not having any luck so far.

  We were able to accomplish this by using the "Display Hyperlink" activity and specifying "target=_blank" as the string value for the "Hyperlink Target" In Argument.

  This thread is about getting hyperlinks within a report to open in a new tab or window, not the link to open the report in the viewer.
