Error: The callback request was not handled. This is likely a problem with your session.
Hello,
We are using the Geocortex Identiy Server for authentication on the HTML5 internal and external users. Sometimes at login, users are encountering the error that reads:
"The callback request was not handled. This is likely a problem with your session."
Sometimes it happens when they mistype a password, but I've also gotten it when I click the "Back" button on my browser. The only way to get rid of this error is to clear the browser's cache. Does anyone know what's causing this callback? Is there something we should be including in the Allowable Redirect URLS? We are not using https: at the moment, but will be shortly.

Hello James,
This message can appear at certain times when a user is not currently logged in and is attempting to load a page which they should not. Sometimes reloading the page will fix the issue, but not always.
There are a number of reasons why this error can appear however it may also have something to do with your Hosts configuration in the Post Installer. Can you confirm that only the names of the hosts that are supposed to be configured in order to use Essentials are present? There are instances where other hosts are detected during installation and will appear on this list, even if not valid.
The most basic configuration for Allowable Redirect URLs should have the option checked, with the name of your machine and domain (e.g. http://sschweigert-pc.latitudegeo.com/).
I hope this resolves your issue. I've added your name, Chris, to the list of stakeholders regarding this error message. Thanks, Stefan

I have a number of users experiencing this issue as well. I don't see that setting in the Core? We are using GE 4.13.3. Any ideas to remedy? 0
