“Unable to load viewer configuration” error,

Has anyone experienced the error below?

What might be the issue here?

  Without knowing the details, I'd make sure any custom .XAP code is in the config folder of the site(s).

  Thanks Erik,

  The location below has no XAP files at all.

  C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Sites

  However, I never touch my files in the Geocortex as I assume that the Geocortex Manager should do this for me

  What do you think?
