Modify dataregion contents

I have two related questions, bot concern the dataregion:

1. How do i move the entire region to the right side of the map? I suppose I should modify the viewer.json.js files, and move 'something' to the RightPanelRegion, but what exactly?
2. How do I remove the TOC entirely? I don't want users to turn off mapservices, so the TOC, including the accompanying tab should go. Other panels such as Identify results should remain intact.
