Projection problem (?)
Hi,
Building my first viewer, deploying my services, I have these blue exclamation marks, and after sometime a projection error appears in the HTML viewer.
(No layers are visible)
My WMS are in ITM which is a local israeli projection.
Can someone advise how to take care of this without re-projecting the data?
Thanks,
Noam

Hi Noam,
Is the viewer you are working on accessible from external networks so I can have a quick look? Can you please post an example of the error you are seeing or any information from the developer console?
Thanks,

Hi Noam,
I tried the (http://maps.intertown.co.il/Html5Viewer/Index.html?configBase=http://maps.intertown.co.il/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites/Igal/viewers/test/virtualdirectory/Resources/Config/Default) site using http and all of the layers load. Some of the layers do not seem to be giving back images, perhaps they do not have data yet.
Upon checking the developer console in the broswer (f12 in Chrome), I see the following errors:
/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000e88acEAA
Looks like the map services are not loading due to being HTTP in an HTTPS site.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin
Thanks.
How do I overcome this issue?
"Looks like the map services are not loading due to being HTTP in an HTTPS site"
I mean, that's my wms. Some secured, a few not.
To start with' I thought it would be easier to work with non-secured.
If security issue openned up, e ven if I publish something secured, where's a pop up window asking me username and pass on viewer launch?
TNX!

Hi Noam,
If this is high priority, I'd recommend getting in touch with the support team as there may be a few points to touch on.
To clear up the HTTP/HTTPS issue, use either HTTP or HTTPS for all connections. As far as the secured services, there should be options to set credentials by service in REST Manager.
